yeah u need to create a ticket and give them your cd key idd, you'll get your account back.
also scan for malware with www.malwarebytes.org and scan with some good antivirus, you can find this on my site also: www.digiwill.nl > software

tell them in the support ticket you scanned your pc etc. also. this is needed.

p.s. dont accept weird steam group invites or click weird sites people sent you on steam chat, your steam friends can be infected as well. I think mine got hacked in that way, cuz I didnt have malware/virusses @ my pc..sometimes the url looks just like steampowered.com but is bogus.

got my email back - and have sent all the stuff to steam (webcam shots of cd keys etc) thats all I could do tho, cuz not back home yet!
